Doug excels in conflict resolution, family meeting facilitation, and succession planning, aiming to establish collaborative relationships between generational leaders. He has extensive experience across various business sectors and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.
Richa Singh
Richa is a consultant at The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behavior, and human resources. With extensive experience in educating and facilitating business families, designing family charters, and fostering collaboration, she gained valuable insights while working in India's diverse family business landscape. Richa's expertise extends from her prior role as Executive Director for a group of colleges, overseeing operations and administration for thousands of students and staff. Her 14 years of consulting and teaching in organizational development, human resources, and entrepreneurship inform her knowledge in family governance, leadership coaching, and constitution building.
